Welcome to my page dedicated to simple recipes for 1 or 2 people. I started this page to share some of my favorite recipes aimed at helping people cook an easy tasty meal utilizing simple ingredients. While cooking isn’t my full time job it is a passion because I am obsessed with food. The great thing about each recipe is that it is not over complicated and can be modified to your liking.
One thing that I always look for in a recipe is simplicity. I wanted to keep my thoughts about each recipe to a short paragraph and not share dozens of pictures for each step. I strive to be dairy and gluten free and the ingredients that I use are great substitutes for flour and cows milk. I have dedicated separate pages for soups, salads and entrees with the hope of expanding into beverages, breakfasts and desserts. I hope you enjoy!
