Combine the BBQ seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, and brown sugar in a bowl then rub over the 2 slabs of ribs.
Line a cookie sheet (with raised edges) with aluminum foil. Place your ribs on the cookie sheet then cover tightly with another sheet of aluminum foil.
Set in the oven and bake for 3 and half hours.
After 3 and half hours are up, turn off your oven and start your gas or charcoal grill. When your grill is ready, remove the ribs from the oven then place on the grill. Cook for only 5 minutes on each side slathering with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Remove from the grill then slice on a cutting board. Enjoy!
