Blueberry and Banana Smoothie – 1 serving

Cooking Items

  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 3/4 cup of blueberries
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk (I prefer Califia)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 scoop of protein powder or bone broth protein powder

Directions

  1. Add all the items into a blender and blend until smooth
